No, you don’t NEED to refrigerate our soda but who doesn’t love an ice cold Shonen?

Shonen is best when it is chilled so we recommend refrigerating it over two hours or serving Shonen over ice for the best drinking experience.

Nope. All Shonen Soda’s undergo a pasteurization process, which allows our beverages to be “shelf stable". However, our Shonen Soda still has a "best-by” date printed on every can and case.

If you need to make changes to your order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please contact order@shonensoda.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate your change request.

We start processing orders as soon as they're received, and usually ship within a week. From there, transit times vary by location.

Boxes of Sodas can end up being heavy, so we tend to ship orders of 2 or more items in separate boxes. If you only received a portion of your order, please enter your tracking information on FedEx.com to see the details of your shipment. If the rest of your order doesn't show up within a few days, email us at order@shonensoda.com and we'd be happy to help you out!

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for Shonen Sodas. However, we offer replacement cans for any products with leaks.

Firstly, we apologize about the damaged product. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to orders@shonensoda.com within 10 days of receiving the package. Please email us your order number in the subject line, attach a photo showing the damage, and let us know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if you do not email us within 10 days of receiving the package.
